Coronavirus and Potential Business Disruption:

We are continuing to monitor the ongoing developments regarding coronavirus closely and plans are in place to mitigate any potential disruption to our service. The health and safety of our employees, suppliers and our customers is our top priority and although there is currently no impact on our core business operation, we do have the necessary contingency plans in place for critical activities and tasks. We are following all safety advice and precautions as recommended by the UK Government:   https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/guidance-to-employers-and-businesses-about-covid-19/guidance-for-employers-and-businesses-on-covid-19 However, if you find you need to suspend the hire of the equipment for a short period of time, as a result of coronavirus, please following guidelines:

  1. Notify us in writing that you will not use the equipment
  2. You will continue to ensure the safekeeping of the equipment as per our terms and conditions. See here.
  3. You notify us prior to resuming use of the equipment

We will then be able to suspend all hire charges relating to that equipment until equipment use is resumed. We hope this helps you to minimise the disruption to your business.
